Platform

Every system your operation needs, already talking to each other.

GameBridge is a single hardened core, not a bundle of vendors. Lobby, wallets, ledger, bonuses, CRM, VIP, risk, payments, analytics and the operator console share one data model, one permission system and one audit trail.

One data model

No middleware. No nightly CSV syncs between vendors.

Because every system writes to the same ledger and reads the same player record, a bonus grant is visible in CRM attribution, VIP scoring, risk signals and finance reports the moment it happens.

  • A purchase updates wallet, bonus eligibility, VIP XP, segments, CRM goals and analytics in one transaction
  • Permissions are enforced once, server-side, for every screen and every API
  • The Activity Log records every admin action across every system
  • Import and export use the same JSON shapes across bonuses, banners, packages, segments and campaigns

Evaluator questions

Common platform questions.

Is this a PAM, a CRM or a casino platform?
All three, in one codebase. The player account management core (accounts, wallets, ledger, KYC, limits) is the foundation; CRM, bonuses, VIP, commerce, risk, analytics, the operator console and the game studio are systems built on it, not integrations bolted to it.
Can we use only part of it?
Yes. Systems are enabled per brand with feature flags. Most operators start with the core plus bonuses and CRM, then switch on VIP management, poker or GameBridge Studios as the team grows.
How is it deployed?
Containerized Go services with PostgreSQL and Redis, behind Cloudflare, on AWS. Each brand gets its own domain; brands share the codebase and database with complete player isolation. Turnkey and white-label deployments are operated by GameBridge.
What does an operator get on day one?
The console with 90+ screens, role-based permissions, the Documentation Center with 38 operator guides, and a configured brand with payments, KYC, geo and content ready for soft launch.
