About the game
High above moonlit rice terraces, a forgotten shrine climbs the mountain through a thousand vermilion torii. As the last golden light slides down the pines, blue-white fox fires drift between the stone guardians, the paper lanterns flicker to life one by one, and the nine-tailed kitsune wakes, keeper of an ancient scroll with her fortune sealed inside. Every scene has the look of a hand-painted 1990s anime film, all crisp ink lines and soft watercolor washes.
